Love you, love what you do, love how you reach out to people, for their sake and yours....
Non-profits, boards and churches are blessed to have you come in and create community building experiences for their people,  in order to enable themselves and their organizations to thrive and be re-reminded (is that a word?) of why people choose to get involved in the first place.

Some other folks talk about the ways we've helped them Become Light

Paula is organized and articulate,

and has the ability to engage in social analysis and envision change.

She shares her passion for the city and journeys with our volunteers in moments of struggle while providing appropriate support.

She brings a great deal of experience with group dynamics, leadership activities and community building. We have found Paula to be both intuitive and communicative.

We appreciate her enthusiasm and insight!

"...Bringing people together:  you are fantastic at facilitating many different kinds of people in the same room, because you create a welcoming and open space where people can be heard, can relate to others, and can feel safe in doing so. "

~~Chelsea, Boston, MA

....As a social justice advocate for all individuals regardless of socioeconomic status, I could not think of someone more dedicated than Paula. Her self-guiding principles of compassion toward others and belief that young people are the present, not the future, are evident in her desire and ability to invoke positive change.

During the years I have known and worked with Paula, I have witnessed her natural ability to develop and implement programs to engage young individuals, creating an environment which allows success to permeate.

She is a very skilled individual who is capable of designing programs,

teaching the programs to diverse groups,

and supervising others as they continue to teach material.

One of Paula’s strongest assets is her ability to develop and foster strong working relationships. This has been proven time and time again in various scenarios ranging from event planning to developing partnerships with community organizations.

Paula is an organized individual who has no problem using her strong communication skills to relay information to others in order to lead others toward a common goal.

As an individual devoted to advocating for social justice, Paula will hold others to the high standard at which she
holds herself.

You're an inspiration to many people, every where! Thank you!

Don't take our word for it. Here's what they're saying:

....what separates Paula from the others is her underlying compassion and commitment to a cause that is greater than her. Paula’s motivation for action is not based on increased profits or personal acclaim, but on investing in
others and building social capital with a foundation capable of going forth and setting the world
on fire.
